WordFields is a document and snippet workspace built for teams who are tired of chasing the right template, editing old copies of documents, and hoping nothing important got changed or missed along the way.
WordFields started as a solution to a problem we kept seeing — teams wasting hours recreating the same documents and emails from scratch, with no reliable way to share approved versions across the organization. We built the product we wished existed.
WordFields gives teams one shared workspace where every document template and reusable snippet lives — organized, access-controlled, and always the approved version. Anyone on the team can generate a completed document or send a consistent reply in seconds, without touching the source file or asking who has the latest copy.
How we operate
WordFields is built on a subscription model, not outside investment.
Subscription revenue funds our team, infrastructure and product development. We do not sell or share customer data and we have no interest in monetizing your content or behavior.
Our only obligation is to our customers. They fund the company and shape its direction. We’re always open to suggestions for new features.
Our approach
We believe software should respect the people using it. That means:
No data selling. We have never sold user data and never will. Your data is yours.
Minimal data collection. We collect only what is necessary to run the product. We do not track you across the web, build advertising profiles, or share your information with third parties beyond what is required to operate the service.
Honest pricing. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, no data harvesting disguised as a free tier.
Privacy without compromise
We built WordFields to prove that a powerful team workspace and genuine document data privacy are not mutually exclusive.
The content your team enters when generating documents — names, dates, client details, contract clauses — is never stored on our servers. Documents are generated and downloaded directly to your device. We do not sell your data, we do not use advertising networks, and we do not track you outside of WordFields.
