You can reuse your snippets and generate documents from templates as many times as you like — there are no per-use charges.

What is a snippet?

A snippet is a small piece of reusable text — like a support reply, an onboarding email, a contract clause, or an email signature. Save it once, then insert it anywhere with a click. You can add fillable fields to the parts that change (like a customer name or order number), so every insert is personalised without any retyping. Use snippets directly on the web via our Chrome extension, or paste them into any tool you already use.

What is a document template?

A template is a Word, Excel, or text file with fillable fields in place of the parts that change — like a client name, a date, or a contract value. Upload your existing file, mark those fields, and WordFields turns it into a simple form. Fill it out and download a completed document with all your original formatting, fonts, and layout perfectly intact. No reformatting, no copy-pasting, no version confusion.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Paying for a full year upfront saves you 25%. We also offer a Free plan that gives individuals access to essential features at no cost, with no time limit. On top of that, we offer discounts for teachers, students, and non-profits — just get in touch and we'll sort you out.

Will I be charged when my trial expires?

No. We don't ask for your credit card upfront, so there's nothing to cancel and nothing to forget. If you decide you'd like to continue after your trial, we'll ask for payment details at that point. If WordFields isn't the right fit — cancel with a single click, no questions asked, no awkward conversations.

Is there a plan for large teams or enterprises?

Yes. For enterprise and large teams we offer customised pricing. Get in touch and we'll put together a plan that fits your team's size and needs.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can switch plans at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately. If you downgrade, it takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do I need to install anything?

WordFields works in your browser without any installation. We also offer a free Chrome extension that lets you insert snippets and fill templates without leaving the page you're working on — handy for Gmail, Outlook, and support tools.
