How does pricing work?

You basically pay only for the number of document forms you keep in your workspace and some advanced features. There are no limitations on how many documents you generate or on how many users you add. This adds up to significant savings as you generate more documents.

What is a document form?

Document forms is a fillout form used to to generate new documents. You create a document form in WordFields from Word, Excel or text template. Document form can have multiple templates.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. When you pay for a year up front, you get a 20% discount. We also offer free plan for individuals. We offer discounts for teachers, students, and non-profits.

Will I pay extra for more users?

No. You can add as many users as you like to your WordFields workspace. Pricing is based only on the number of document templates you keep in your workspace.

Will I be charged when my trial expires?

No. We don't ask for your credit card up front, so you'll only be charged when you decide you’re ready. If you want to continue after your trial, we'll ask for payment details. If not — cancel with a click, no questions asked.
